It is used for reliability testing of various materials under constant and gradual, sudden, heat resistance, cold resistance, dryness resistance, moisture resistance and other temperature and humidity environment simulations. Through the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, the adaptability of the samples in high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and low humidity, high and low temperature cycling, and constant high and low temperature environments is tested to determine the quality of the samples.

Up to 120 programs and 1200 segments can be set. The loop times can reach up to 999 times, and the maximum setting time for each period is 99 hours and 59 minutes.

It provides a USB communication interface for backing up historical curves and data, which is convenient to use. It can also be optionally equipped with RS485 and RS232 communication interfaces, allowing for easy control and monitoring via a PC.

6: It has functions such as program correction, clearing, scheduling, startup, power failure protection, memory retention, and key lock.

7: Screen saver function. During program operation, operating conditions can be set, including the running time of each section (up to 530 hours and 59 minutes). Each section can have a standby switch set, with a maximum value of 999,999 hours.

Box structure

Overview: The test chamber adopts an integral structure form. The working chamber of the box is fabricated through an integral welding process and sealed with high-temperature and low-temperature resistant silicone rubber material. The company completes the assembly and delivers the entire unit.

The upper part of the box is the working chamber, which is equipped with a blower motor, a non-sparking centrifugal fan blade, a temperature-limiting sheathed heater, a mechanical refrigeration system and a corrosion-resistant refrigeration evaporator made of pure copper sheet, etc.

Inner liner material: SUS304 1.2mm

Shell material: Made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, the surface is treated with pickling and phosphating before electrostatic spraying.

Insulation material: Polyurethane foam and superfine glass fiber (thickness 100mm) are adopted, which is environmentally friendly, safe, non-toxic and odorless.

Control panel: Located on one side of the cabinet door, it is ergonomically designed for quick and convenient operation.

Door design: It adopts a single door design with an inner and outer double-layer structure. Between the door and the box body, there are double-layer silicone rubber sealing strips, which are resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and have good sealing performance. To prevent condensation or frosting on the door frame and door edges during low-temperature tests, electric heating defrosting devices are installed on the door frame and door edges.

Reinforced structural components: To prevent deformation of the test chamber, 80# channel steel is specially used for reinforcement inside the chamber to avoid deformation of the chamber door due to its excessive weight, which could affect the sealing performance and other aspects.

Interlayer shelf: 2 standard pieces, each with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 30KG.

Test holes: φ50mm, φ100mm. Holes will be made as per customer's requirements.

Observation window: The test room door is equipped with one visible glass window: 200×300mm (W*H) hollow resistive film heating anti-frost observation window.
